The Bay West Group Five-Step Planning Process

While all Bay West clients are unique in their needs and expectations, we employ a rigid five-step process to ensure that every aspect of their situation is addressed. The steps include:

Analysis and Research – Provide a detailed breakdown of alternative strategies, instruments and vehicles.

Recommendation – Present an appropriate strategy, describing methods and rationales in direct and easily comprehensible language.

Implementation – Launch programs in strict accordance with client-approved plans.

Ongoing Management – Maintain a vigilant hands-on appraisal of performance while assessing future risks and opportunities.
