- Has instituted National Living Benefits programs for several Canadian corporations
- Employing a collaborative-based working mantra and model, Oran and his staff seek to understand then develop recommendations for risk mitigation and management involving clients’ tax and estate lawyer and/or accountant to ensure clarity and appropriateness of coverage
- During his career, Oran has implemented almost 30,000 individual and corporate Living Benefits contracts, and managed more than 2,600 disability or critical illness insurance claims
